2021 毛家具奇幻場

每年有機會都會參與纖維所在的羊毛氈創作展，2021年的創作主題是【毛家具奇幻場】，共有24位創作者以羊毛氈仿製不同材質的微型傢俱，從石頭、木頭、水泥、皮革、布料到紙張等。

這次我抽到的仿製主題是：皮革

在搜尋資料時發現，皮革的傢俱實在沒有到很多，且皮革沙發的造型好多都不是自己愛的風格，苦尋超久，最後找到幾件設計感的作品來進行羊毛氈仿製。

有別以往，這回打算用濕氈技法為主軸，再用植物染染色仿製皮革的顏色。第一次染色是使用酪梨皮與核染色，但因氈縮率已很高，所以顏色並不怎顯色。於是決定再用黃洋蔥皮進行第二次染色，最終呈現這個有點皮革色調的感覺（自己覺得😆

一開始設計的時候不知道為何，總沒想到東西最後可以用羊毛氈包裹或呈現，用了一些木頭或鐵絲，成品看起來很陽村。在接連看到幾位創作者的設計後，覺得自己太丟臉，決定重來。羊毛氈搭配一點點小五金或異材質，特別突顯羊毛的差異。

仿製迷你家具最後一件是仿皮革燈罩，起出一開始還很認真量了每個尺寸細節，因為依照當時的規定說是15%的比例，但認真計算完後，這尺寸根本是高難度，做了一個模具後發現無法按照這方式塑形，最終放棄原本設定的尺寸，稍微再大一咪咪。

為了讓實體看起來更像是真的可以用的燈罩，買了國小生都玩過的正負電燈泡組，製作一個可以放電池的木作。第一版的製作也是非常陽春（當時可能鬼遮眼），覺得太醜於是重做，盡可能把電線藏在木頭後面。

在製作一個小空間，讓Cloudia可以在裡面畫畫，宛如是她個人的工作室，我想 #huggermonster 應該很羨慕她有私人的空間😆😆

Les Petits Maîtres – 003 Mosquito Family

每位小孩皆是想像大師，他們有著天馬行空的想像力，盡情地在紙上揮灑他們的創意。如同小王子故事裡，小孩能看到大人看不見的東西。

於是好奇著，假如這些小小畫家的圖畫從紙張上跳出來到真實世界，會是什麼感覺？ 
因此產生發起此計畫的想法，並開始把2D圖畫轉換成3D羊毛氈雕塑品。

…某日，侄子被蚊子叮咬，他很生氣地說：「吼，為什麼都只有小孩會被蚊子攻擊，大人都不會被咬。」
於是畫了『蚊子家庭』，成員有：脾氣暴躁的蚊子爸爸、和藹的蚊子媽媽以及小小蚊子。

這幅畫實在太可愛，立刻腦中浮出蚊子全變成立體的畫面，起初還在猶豫顏色要怎麼搭配，但一想到蚊子直接聯想到被吸的血，又宛如像是特攻隊一般的家庭組合，黑配紅感覺很霸氣 ((笑

Children is the greates master of imagination. There’s no boundaries and they are free to let their idea soar. Like the story of Le Petit Prince, children can see what we couldn’t see and couldn’t imagine. 
I was wondering how it could be when those amazing drawing turns to 3D sculpture in reality. So I started this project “les petits maitres” making woolen doll with those impressive drawings. 

Project 003 is mosquito family, there are grumpy papa, gentle mama and little mosquito. This story came up when a day my nephew was bitten by mosquito and he said, why always is the kids are bitten not adults?

So he drew down the bad mosquitos (lol) It is an impressive drawing. I was wondering what color should I use, then the connection when I thought of mosquito was blood. Meanwhile I was confusing should I put the white eyes on the grumpy papa? but at the end, I decided better using black to keep the consistency.

Les Petits Maîtres – 002 Caterpillar

This is a caterpillar. Innitially, I was planning making dreamlike color then mix lilac, coral pink, light yellow with pale green and white. It looks like the color for unicron but when I poke it and make the shape form of this caterpillar. It looks not excatelly what I want it to be, looks more like this caterpillar gets bruise. (lol)

So I was kind of frustrating about why I mix these color, then after few minutes I swtiched it in the hotpink and last a bit the melange. Being live video is quite a challenge cause you must face the problem and fix it immedietly cause the audience and me we all are waiting for the result. Anyway, eventually I nailed it again and move on to the next one. 


Next time #lespetitsmaitres – 003 will be a mosquito family. I will do it on live as well and let’s see what kind of prolbem I might have this time. XD it is really hard to finish one piece within an hour. –

It is a challenge to me as well, to make their drawing into real woolen doll, and using different techinique and colors to turn them into reality.

小小畫家計畫 第二回 – 毛毛蟲

繼上一次直播的經驗後我知道要在一小時內完成一個作品很困難，於是我提前先混好顏色，這次原本計畫製作如同獨角獸般的夢幻色彩，因此混合淡紫色、珊瑚紅、米黃色與淺綠和白色，結果在製作成形的時候，突然覺得眼前的顏色，宛如這隻毛毛蟲被毆打一般，有著瘀青的色塊感。

直播的當下，觀眾與我都在期待結果，因此得迅速決定成敗的關鍵，到底要不要換顏色，最後我思考了一下，覺得還是鮮豔的顏色比較能襯托出氛圍，立刻改成桃紅色，但依舊保留一點點mix的色彩在毛毛蟲的背部。

下次將製作一組是『蚊子一家』，讓我們一起期待，下回又會遇到什麼問題呢？要在直播1小時內完成作品真的好難，我還在思考是否需要調整流程很怕大家會不會覺得太無聊 XD –

Les Petits Maîtres

What is this project?

Les Petits Maîtres is a project to cooperate with worldwide kids.

All the children are the great Master of imagination. There’s no boundaries and they are free to let their imaginations soar. Like the story of Le Petit Prince, children can see what the we can’t see and can’t imagine. 

Have you ever thought how it will be when the drawings pop out the papers into real dolls?

I am a sculptor, my work is making the illustrations or pictures into real dolls. My inspiration is from the nature, life experience, stories, colors etc. I had this same concept long times ago, but had no idea how to make it in real world. However, now this idea comes again, and this time I am going to make it in real.

Here is my initial concept to bring children’s imaginations to our life. I will make it into woolen dolls with the little masters’ drawing. It is like a cooperation of worldwild Les Petits Maîtres with me.

1(you) + 1(me) = infinity

Besides, this is not just a project of making woolen doll, it is a plan to share these great ideas to all over the world. Let’s people get the inspiration from little kids with me.

Where The Woolen Dolls will going?

My initial goal is haviMy initial goal is having an exhibition（or more than one time) and sharing these amazing imaginations with all over the world. I will share the masterpiece on social platform. You can see how it turns out and get inspired from others as well.

什麼是 Les Petits Maîtres 小小畫家企劃？

Les Petits Maîtres 是一個與全世界小朋友的合作計畫。

每位小孩皆是想像大師，他們有著天馬行空的想像力，盡情地在紙上揮灑他們的創意。如同小王子故事裡，小孩能看到大人看不見的東西。

你曾想像過，如果有一天，這些小小畫家的圖畫從紙張上跳出來到真實世界，會是什麼感覺呢？

我是一位纖維雕塑創作家，創作靈感來自於大自然、生活經驗、故事或顏色等等。
約莫幾年前我便有類似這樣的想法，想把小朋友的創意帶到現實生活中，然而卻一直沒有明確的方式實現。然而現在這個想法再度出現，於是這回我想履行這個企劃。

創作初衷是和一群來自世界各地的小小畫家們的共同創作，將小孩們的圖畫用羊毛雕塑的方式躍出紙面來到真實的世界。

1 (你） + 1 (我） = 無限的可能

這不單只是把圖案轉換成羊毛娃娃，而是一個與全世界分享無限創意的計畫，激發你、我的想像力。
